Kitchenetta, headed up by Jenny Provan, has a wealth of experience in hospitality, events and catering & is based in Co. Louth. She studied Hospitality Management at University of Ulster and recently completed her MSc Gastronomy at QMU Edinburgh. She has worked as a private cook in New York, a restaurant manager in Kinsale, Co. Cork and in Dublin for Forte, Hilton, and Fitzpatrick Group Hotels, and has run her own catering and events company for almost 20 years, catering for many clients, both corporate and private.
Jenny loves to cook food that excites her, but as discourse around the environment grows, she is committed to using ingredients that are produced in an ethical and sustainable way, where possible. This has always been fundamental to Kitchenetta.
As a farmer’s daughter, Jenny is passionate and focused on very carefully sourced, local, and seasonal ingredients, with the end product respecting their source, and it’s this ethos that lies at the very core of Kitchenetta. As a small, yet niche, company, Jenny can focus on your individual requirements and can tailor her services to meet your needs, no matter how big or small. Jenny wants to work with you to make your event a triumph, and leave you free to relax and enjoy!
