King of Kefir
Fermented in small batches, King of Kefir is Ireland’s and Europe’s first dedicated water kefir brewery, using traditional water kefir grains, right here in the Boyne Valley.
They make all their own flavours from scratch, using only organic plant ingredients, so no additives, colours, flavours, preservatives used here. All drinks are made using herbal infusions (otherwise known as tisanes)
