Bakealicious

Making jam tarts out of scraps of left-over pastry when Eimear was a child was really when her baking career began. The recipes that she uses today are tweaked versions of the home recipes that Eimear and her mother used to bake with.

After completing a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2012, Eimear started trading under the name Bakealicous at farmers markets and supplied cafés with different baked goods. Every cake is made using the best quality ingredients, using Eimear's own recipes, with a focus on seasonality. Eimear is devoted to bringing you deliciousness in every bite.

Only using high quality ingredients, Eimear wanted to make every cake taste better than it looks….there’s a lot of rogue cakes out there! Catering for the conventional diet, she also bakes for those who are gluten free, dairy free and vegan, because everyone deserves delicious cake.

 Bakealicious has since begun posting cakes nationwide through their online shop and has a thriving wholesale business, as well as making countless birthday, wedding and occasion cakes.
