Conyngham Arms Hotel Dining

The Conyngham Arms is a classic country village hotel, with a traditional country kitchen restaurant, set in the heart of historic Slane, Co. Meath. A beautifully restored 18th Century coaching inn, offering luxurious accommodation and good food in a traditional warm and atmospheric setting. Just a 2-minute drive from Slane Castle and only the short distance to Historic sites such as the Hill of Slane, Frances Ledwidge Cottage, and Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth whilst just down the street from the beautiful craft,art, and artisan food shops that this Manor Village has to offer.

In the busy kitchen, Chef has devised a menu to cater for all tastes, without compromising on the quality of the ingredients he uses therein. Serving morning coffee, light lunch and an evening a la carte menu, local produce is used wherever possible and there is a strong seasonal influence on dishes. Check out the menus HERE.

Afternoon Tea is the latest addition to the menus at Conyngham Arms and is proving very popular with tourists and locals alike. When the weather is clement, guests can enjoy dining alfresco in the beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the Slane Castle Estate. The restaurant has recently received an AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence, for another consecutive year.
