Silly Sid’s makes ice cream using milk from their dairy herd, based in Newgrange, Co. Meath. They are the first company in Ireland using fresh milk from their farm to produce rolled ice cream. 
Silly Sids have also collaborated with many local producers in creating their different flavors, including their hugely popular Listoke Sloe Gin ice cream and Cook with Ann brownie ice cream. Watch out for them at markets throughout the Boyne Valley in their food truck!
