Merci Beaucoup Cakes Open New Bakery
A huge congratulations to our members Merci Beaucoup Cakes on the opening of their fabulous new Bakery on Castle Street in Ardee, County Louth.
The new Bakery is in a bright, airy, open space that has been beautifully designed and you will find the freshest of bakes breads, pastries and finest French patisserie
Jeremy and Alona are the talented husband and wife team behind Merci Beaucoup Cakes which they founded in 2013 creating birthday cakes, novelty cakes and occasional cakes to sell locally in Navan, Co. Meath.
In 2015, they started to trade at the local farmer markets and developed an amazingly loyal customer base as we introduced a full range of authentic french patisseries.
Home bakers from the very beginning, Jérémy trained for 5 years in France in a Patisserie and Culinary School, Alona, has 10 years of expertise in the bakery industry. In 2019 they moved into a new commercial premises in Ardee, Co. Louth and now in 2023 they have their own Bakery and it absolutely fantastic that they have achieved their dream with the opening of their new bakery.
