After 12 happy years of inviting people to cook with her at East Coast Cookery School, Tara has started to create online courses to connect and share the joy of food with people all over the world.
Together with lots of different people, she discovered that food moments could truly be shared virtually. Tara firmly believe that cooking from scratch will bring you joy, because not only will you have great tasting food that is healthier, you have also created a moment of mindfulness, while you chop, mix, sauté and simmer.
Having grown up surrounded by family in food businesses, Tara decided to hone her skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Teaching and connecting over culinary expertise and experience led Tara to open her cooking school, East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin, Co. Louth, where she spent 13 years sharing her love of authentic ingredients, teaching people to cook from-scratch with the best seasonal ingredients.
