Ruby's Bakery

Ruby's Bakery is a sourdough microbakery, making a range of sourdough breads, viennoiserie, cakes, cookies and other baked goods.

Ruby started baking at a very young age. She got her first sourdough starter in 2010 from a baker friend, while living in London. In 2018, she started making cakes and other treats for the farmer's market at Sheridan's Cheesemongers and the business has grown steadily from there.

The bakery is based in Durhamstown Castle, Bohermeen, and supplies several cafés and farm shops, and is also a weekly fixture at Sheridan's market on Saturday morning.
