     A new independent film explores the future of food in Ireland.

    Tadgh Byrne, a chef from Wicklow, has set out to create a documentary on the future of food in Ireland.

    The film will take a deep dive into how Ireland has both coped in the past with food supply, and how the country can seek to become more self sustainable into the future. The film will hear contributions from leading players in the Irish Food industry, such as Michelin star chef, restaurateur and author JP McMahon, Irish TV chef Catherine Fulvio.
