    We have teamed up once again with our talented Brand Ambassadors - Russell Alford and Patrick Hanlon, AKA GastroGays, to devise a fantastic evening of fun!

    Here in the Boyne Valley, we are so lucky to be home to many distilleries & drinks producers, and we wanted to introduce you to their products in a fun & interactive event, so we are excited to present to you "Flavours of the Boyne Valley Cocktail Making with GastroGays" in our unique drinks theater for the weekend "The Red Chapel"

    In this hands on class, each participant will receive:
    - Their own Cocktail Kit with all the ingredients needed to create 3 cocktails
    - Instructions on how to create each cocktail
    - A live demonstration from Russell & Patrick who are going to take you through the mixing & garnishing of 3 unique cocktails, that they have specially created for this event.

    Russell Alford and Patrick Hanlon are the food and travel writer duo behind GastroGays. Begun in 2013, GastroGays has grown into an internationally recognised and award-winning brand and website, specialising in food and travel through recipes, features and guides, as well as highly engaged social media channels, all served with a unique tone of voice, style and vision.
