Raw & Natural Cheese & Wine Tasting with Kevin Sheridan & Enrico Fantasia // Friday 3rd November 2023 // 7pm

Kevin Sheridan & Enrico Fantasia will host a special Raw Cheese and Natural Wine evening on Friday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm

You will be treated to a selection of Irish raw milk cheeses matched with natural wines from the Piedmonte region of Italy. Kevin & Enrico will chat through the wines and cheeses as we taste them as well as answering all your questions on the fascinating worlds of Artisan Cheeses and Fine Wines. The atmosphere will be fun and educational.

Kevin Sheridan founded Sheridans Cheesemongers with his brother Seamus in 1995 and continues to lead the company today. He is passionate about all things cheese but in particular the raw milk artisan cheeses of Ireland.  Enrico Fantasia is a wine importer and expert on Old World Wines, particularly natural wines. Hailing from Venice he has been living and working in Ireland for the past twenty five years. He selects the wines for Sheridans Cheesemongers as well as supplying his wines to the best restaurants across the country.
