    The HACCP & Food Safety training course is intended as either an introduction or a refresher for those who have responsibility for managing food safety or who are involved in food preparation, service, handling and storage, who have already completed Basic Food Hygiene training .  It is ideal for those working in professional kitchens, catering, hospitality as well as food producers. The course covers the topics below as per FSAI Level 2 and a certificate will be issued.
