 John and Sally McKenna explore the development of Irish farmhouse cheesemaking, from a much derided cottage industry, to an internationally respected artisan powerhouse. They will be talking to cheesemakers who have taken part in that journey, and everybody will have a chance to taste some cheese with a turtored tasting from Kevin Sheridan.
