This welcoming family run hotel in the centre of the heritage town of Kells in County Meath offers a decadent afternoon tea in either the leafy surrounds of the Headfort Garden (if weather permits), or by the fireplace in our Lounge.

Afternoon Tea at Scholars is taken very seriously and their afternoon tea offering mixes great food with an authentic setting. Enjoy a three-tier menu of sandwiches, sweet treats and scones, all freshly made by their in-house pastry chef. These family run tea rooms are experts at afternoon tea- they blend their own tea and coffee which along with their gorgeous freshly made sandwiched and treats makes for a memorable experience.
Indulge yourself with an afternoon tea from Bakealicious. Their afternoon tea is available for collection only currently but they plan to start offering it in their picturesque cafe in Navan County Meath soon. Treat yourself and your friends or family to our decadent afternoon tea which is perfect for sharing.
Their afternoon tea also includes a selection of savoury sandwiches made on their own bread, sweet cones and a selection of some of their most popular cakes in mini form. Available for collection from their shop, or for delivery around the Navan area.
