Shalvanstown Farm, based in Slane, Co. Meath, is both an organic and Bio-dynamic farm certified with Demeter UK.
They have been producing exceptional beef lamb and cereals for more than 20 years. As well as being producers, they have had a long involvement with hosting events centered around sharing the knowledge of working with the land Bio-Dynamically.
Shalvanstown Farm have recently launched a new Beef Box initiative, where you can order a full box of delicious organic beef.
