Plenitude Fermented Food

Plenitude Fermented Food
Plenitude Fermented Food

Plenitude sauerkraut is handmade, using pesticide-free cabbage and other added vegetables, locally sourced, where possible. Traditional fermented cabbage is given a twist in the newly developed Plenitude recipes - each flavour has a subtle vinegar taste and a distinctive crunchy texture. Small batch production, with carefully sourced ingredients, ensures the nutritional potency of this live culture food, best eaten raw, as a side or a garnish or as part of small plate fare, presenting scope for pairing with cheeses, cured/grilled meats/fish. As a vegan product, it can enhance a vegetarian or vegan diet, sprinkled on salad/stir fry or added to a sandwich.

I am developing a number of workshops teaching DIY fermenting; one series promotes the link between GIY (Grow It Yourself) and FIY (Ferment It Yourself); another is directed at parents interested in FIY and also curious about introducing their children to fermented food and the microbiome.
