Beir Bua Bakes is a small Home-Bakery based in Knockbridge, Co. Louth. We bake fresh to order, for supply to fantastic food establishments, retail and leisure/fitness centres across the Wee County. We also produce for our local sustainability focused market: NeighbourFood Blackrock.

   

We strive for perfection in every bake; sourcing high quality ingredients & packaging as ethically & sustainably as possible. We believe that our passion for food innovation, our keen eye for detail and dedication to the conscious sourcing of raw materials, have helped us to create a USP for our brand and a range of premium Artisan Slices.
