The newly renovated and expanded Brabazon Restaurant at Tankardstown House will host a 'Taste of the Estate - Food & Wine Pairing’, on Thursday 15th June.

Commencing at 7pm, guests will enjoy a welcome glass of locally produced Cockagee Cider, from The Cider Mill Slane, followed by a unique 7 course Tasting Menu, created by Head Chef Johnny Sarkozi and his team. The menu will be based primarily on produce from the Walled Kitchen Garden and Poly Tunnels on the Tankardstown Estate, and will be accompanied by carefully selected paired wines.
