You will be making 2 loaves from start to finish, one to keep and one to give away!
- Refresh a starter
- Mix and prove the dough
- Relax and enjoy the surroundings (trees and green fields around us!)
- Enjoy a seasonal plant based lunch with some freshly baked bread
- Make some butter
- Make a simple fruit compote without sugar
- Peruse our little shop with local artisan foods
- Bake your loaves
- Leave with a sense of fulfilment
